Our Beliefs/Mission/Values/Vision
Discover what we value.
We believe that the Bible (i.e. the Old and New Testaments excluding the Apocrypha), is the inspired Word of God, the infallible, all sufficient rule for faith and practice.
We believe in the unity of the One True and Living God who is the eternal, Self Existent "I AM", who has also revealed Himself as One Being co-existing in three Persons - Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the Virgin Birth, Sinless Life, Miraculous Ministry, Substitutionary Atoning Death, Bodily Resurrection, Triumphant Ascension and Abiding Intercession of the Lord Jesus Christ and in His personal, visible, bodily return in power and glory as the blessed hope of all believers.
We believe in the fall of man, who was created pure and upright, but fell by voluntary transgression.
We believe in salvation through faith in Christ, who, according to the Scriptures, died for our sins, was buried and was raised from the dead on the third day, and that through His Blood we have Redemption. This experience is also known as the new birth, and is an instantaneous and complete operation of the Holy Spirit upon initial faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe that all who have truly repented and believed in Christ as Lord and Saviour are commanded to be baptised by immersion in water.
We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit, as an enduement of the believer with power for service, the essential biblical evidence of which is the speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
We believe in the operation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit and the gifts of Christ in the Church today.
We believe in holiness of life and conduct in obedience to the command of God.
We believe that deliverance from sickness, by Divine Healing is provided for in the Atonement.
We believe that all who have truly repented and believe in Christ as Lord and Saviour should regularly participate in Breaking of Bread.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of all men, the everlasting conscious bliss of all who truly believe in our Lord Jesus Christ and the everlasting conscious punishment of all whose names are not written in the Book of Life.

Our Vision:
*Disclaimer: This Vision statement is purposefully written in the first person. This assumes the unity of the church along with the ownership taken by the reader that this vision is something that they have taken hold of personally*
The Church that I see is a church that beholds Christ; a church that becomes the revelation of Christ on the earth. A church that is branded by Christ, alive by grace, and rich in everyway through Christ to be generous in all things. It's a place where people are being transformed by Christ not merely informed about Him.
I see a Church that, through God's Spirit and power, is growing, large and visible in the community. It's a lighthouse that cannot be ignored. I see a Church that is not limited by or to buildings or halls but multiplies in homes, schools, workplaces and the streets. A church that defies logic and embodies wisdom.
I see a Church that takes responsibility and sets the tone for our surroundings. It's a church that becomes the hopeful solution for the questions and challenges of its community. A church that loves by the gifting of the Holy Spirit and responds by striving to introduce everyone within its influence to Christ.
I see a Church that is famous for care, compassion, faith, hope, and love. It's a church that sees relationships restored because we cared enough to take loving action. I see a church that partners with the Holy Spirit to bring about change in ‘the all' of humanity's life and dealings.
I see a Church that is committed to equipping, and releasing people for life. It's a church where Spirit-inspired thinking is a must. I see a church that is creative in its ideas and walks with revelation in its heart. It's an arena of Kingdom-focused study and living. I see a church that raises generations to fulfil their destinies that can run further than the previous one after having taught them to listen carefully and to act obediently.
I see a Church that is intentional and strategic in advancing the Kingdom of God; a church that understands its context as part of the wider Body of Christ in the earth. It's a church that recognises we are ambassadors of Christ and called to declare His Kingship. A church that actively seeks for ways to reveal the Kingdom's way of life and knows that revolutionaries follow a revolutionary Saviour and leave a permanent legacy to His Name.
I see a Church that is fully dependent on and continually being immersed in the Holy Spirit. I see a church that prays through His inspiration and therefore acts by His direction, resulting in the embracing of its role to spearhead revival and awakening. Yes, it's a church that overcomes.
This is the church that I see and I believe that it's my church!!
