Home groups at BCC give everyone the opportunity to meet in smaller groups for friendship, socializing, prayer and discussion and, in the young men's group, watching football! Christianity is about relationship with God and with each other. Our home groups provide an opportunity to get to know other people outside of a 'normal' church meeting. Groups meet through the week in various places and at different times. Enjoy!
Men's Group
Our mens group meets fortnightly on a Tuesday evening. There's usually about eight to ten of us taking a relaxed approach to meeting together. We try to maintain a good balance of good solid debate, light chat and simply enjoying each other's company. Many of us have young families and our wives meet on the alternate Tuesday. Much of our discussion can be lively and full of jokes and mickey taking. Most of us have been meeting together for a long time and enjoy each others' company.
Ladies Group 1
Honesty and sincerity are wonderful qualities to have and I wish for all our ladies to feel comfortable enough to share their lives in this Connect Group.
Mixed group
This group contains men, women, couples, single and married. The heart of this group is to pray and study the word of God. We have great fellowship together and endeavour to share our lives with one another, all the ups and downs.
Ladies Group 3
Our connect group of ladies meets during the day on a fortnightly basis on either a Monday morning. We always start the meeting with a good chat, catching up with each other's lives and with what's been going on in the world generally.
Married Couple's Group 1
Our group is comprised of predominately, but not exclusively, married couples.
Married Couple's Group 2
Our connect group has been built on friendship and food! We meet weekly and have developed good relationships. We see ourselves as family and try to offer each other as much support as we can. New faces are always welcome!
